Admission

Learners seeking admission to the Secondary, Senior Secondary, or Skill and Vocational education programmes are required to submit original scanned copies of the following documents during the registration process:

Valid Identity Proof: Options include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Ration Card, or PAN Card.

Proof of Date of Birth: Acceptable documents are Passport, School Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate, or Aadhaar Card (if it includes the date of birth).

Proof of Residence: A document showing the learner's current residential address.

Domicile Certificate: Required for students from Sikkim.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 15 years old before the exams for the Secondary Programme.

Secondary/Class X Certificate: Required for those applying to the Senior Secondary Programme.

Caste Certificate: A self-attested copy is necessary for students from SC/ST/OBC categories.

Disability Certificate: Needed if the learner has any kind of disability.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Secondary and Senior Secondary:

a) Essential Supporting Documents for Date of Birth.
  • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority.
  • Passport issued by Govt. of India.
  • Transfer Certificate showing date of birth.
  • Aadhaar Card with date of birth.
Note: Date of birth once provided cannot be changed.
Matriculation Certificate with Date of Birth.
b) Minimum Education Qualifications Certificate of Class VIII pass OR Self Certificate stating literacy. Certificate of Secondary Examination passed from a recognized Board.
